We understand that purchasing a luxury watch is a significant investment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to providing you with a seamless return and refund process, ensuring your experience with Zentrend remains positive.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The product must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. All tags, labels, and protective films must remain intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Watches with custom engravings or personalized features cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Sale Items: Watches purchased on sale or through special promotions may not be eligible for return, unless required by law.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@zentrend.site or call (989) 732-1245 within 30 days of receiving your product.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Packaging: Please securely package the product in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send it back, and we will cover all associated costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement, as per your preference.
